We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our award-winning Internet Marketing Agency! This is a full-time, remote position (option to work in-office in Orem, UT at any time).

This Account Manager position will require an experienced marketer who can manage a book of business and help our clients’ businesses grow. This person will be highly relational and strong in customer service. They will also have an understanding of one or more of the following: search engine optimization, social media marketing, brand consulting, business strategy, etc.

This paid, full-time position is perfect for a digital marketer that has experience marketing a business. The Account Manager will be able to strategize marketing campaigns with and for the client and then engage our team of specialists to execute the plan.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in internet marketing (knowledgeable in things like SEO, PPC, Social, Content, Design, etc)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients in a book of business
• Highly detail oriented
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to manage a team of people (you work with our specialists to get the job done & produce results for our clients)

Additional Qualifications (not required but nice to have)

• Worked with clients in the MSP, Storage, Medical, Home Services, or D2C verticals.
• Senior-level positions available for those with prior agency experience or full-stack marketers.
